The Dutch Design Workspace offers creative office and studio space dedicated to designers and related creative industry. Its modern and light design provides an excellent workspace for creative minds. The layout of the workspace is based on an open plan. Designers of different disciplines work together in one creative business environment. The Workspace has individual workstations and flexible hot desks, several meeting rooms, an event lounge with spacious roof terrace and professional office facilities. Stop by to see for yourself!
The Dutch Design Workspace is located in a renovated factory building within the inner ring of Shanghai in Jing’an District, just North of the famous French Concession. Excellent public transport connections give you easy access to the rest of the city and country. The area can be described as a busy mix of local residential and commercial buildings. Although modernized extensively in the past decades, the district has retained much of its local characteristics. The immediate surroundings of our creative location offer a wide variety of restaurants, hotels, bars and shops.
The Dutch Design Workspace comes equipped with all the facilities you need, such as wireless internet, central phone system, printing, scanning and copying, professional office furniture and strong coffee. Several professional meeting rooms are available with AV presentation equipment. Our fingerprint identification entry system makes sure our participants can always get in. Our security guards and camera surveillance system make sure unwanted guest stay outside.
