Client Service Representative

You will be reporting to the Commercial Director for APAC, the role of Client Service Representative is responsible for after-sales and account support duties.

Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Account Managers’ with support in order to most effectively manage and add value to their portfolio of accounts:
  • Contact clients and ensure users receive access and training
  • Provide online and phone-based Q&A support during office hours to users
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients during office hours
  • Conduct webinar / phone based training to users in timely manner
  • Produce usage report for Account Managers whenever necessary. Report on concurrency or sharing cases immediately to Account Managers for taking actions.
  • E-mailing customers information and updates
  • Contact users on a quarterly basis to ensure they are happy with the service. Assist the low-usage users and find out how we can help them.
  • Assist marketing campaigns by doing data entry and client lead qualification via Sales Force (Customer Data Management)

Working Relationships:

  • Key working relationships with external prospects customers,  and the internal teams in sales / marketing / account management / sales operations, etc

Qualifications:

  • Familiar in working in a B2B environment. (mandatory)
  • 2-3 years of client servicing experience, preferably in a small team environment. (mandatory)
  • University Degree graduate (desired)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Native Mandarin Speaker, additional Chinese dialect would be advantageous.
  • Fluent or conversational in English
  • Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and good at data entry especially in Chinese inputs
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Highly organised
  • Team player, and can also work independently as an individual.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good listener
  • Strong client-facing communication skills – written, verbal & listening with the ability to communicate and all levels of business.
  • Industry awareness (fashion / retail)
  • Good organisation & communication skills will provide a solid base for future development in the company and with potential for sales or account management.
  • Database experience and ideally has knowledge of salesforce
